To reduce costs, the whole organisation can experience Sacadi VR through our recommended hub-and-spoke deployment plan. VR units are managed from a single source and then rotated through various locations.
Co-design with industry expertise
Created in partnership with Limestone Coast Training, an aged care and disability support specialist provider, Sacadi VR is an accredited microcredential program that provides organisations with the capability to train and test their students and workforce.
Its development was supported by the South Australian Government through the Equipment and Capital Grant administered by the Department of State Development.
Why better care matters
Delivering safe, respectful care relies on good judgement. However sector data* shows many providers struggle to consistently meet standards, particularly when it comes to the systems and training that support day-to-day decision-making. Sacadi VR changes that by supporting safer, more consistent care across the industry.
Audit results show consistency gap
In 2024–25, home services providers averaged 59% compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Governance is the weakest area
Organisational governance, including staff capability, systems, and oversight, remains the lowest-performing quality standard across the sector.
