Delivered across mobile, desktop and VR students are able to access this nationally accredited program through face to face and remote learning solutions.
The St John Ambulance Victoria SJx multi-platform training solution was launched in 2019. Since its inception the program has delivered thousands of fully accredited graduates each month.
It has reduced the total CPR & First Aid training time by over 50% while increasing the knowledge retention and student engagement.
It is fully integrated into St John Ambulance Victoria's existing customer solutions systems and allows for a seamless process for the student from registration, through to graduation and receipt of their certification.
The training content consists of interactive 2D & 360° video real-life emergency scenarios, combined with question and answer format, to create a powerful and immersive training program.
The modular format of the program allows St John Ambulance the flexibility to deliver a range of training programs, along with a mix and match selection of elective and specialist subjects. This modular approach extends to course updates which can be quickly implemented without the need for extensive or time consuming additional development.
The program is includes classroom, remote access and pre-learning modules delivered via mobile, desktop and VR devices. The range of training solutions includes from small to large group immersion courses, with St John Ambulance trainers using the uniquely designed trainer app to manage student attendance, pre-learning activity and student results.
The success of the program has led to St John Ambulance extending the program from Victoria only, to a national rollout implemented Australia-wide.
